Spinfy provides the following limited warranty for Moomin-PAD. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Spinfy warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship. Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied with the original receipt of the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. Spinfy will offer no warranty service without this document.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
User manuals or any third party software, settings, content, any user data or links, whether included/downloaded in the Device are not covered.
Spinfy shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from
a) normal wear and tear
b) improper electric current
c) defects caused by rough handling
d) defects or damage caused by misuse of the Device
e) exposure for moisture, dampness, extreme thermal or environmental conditions
f) corrosion, oxidation, spillage of food, liquid or chemical products
g) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Spinfy representative;
h) damages incurred through irresponsible use, including but not limited to those resulting from viruses or spyware, overclocking or other non-recommended practices.
Spinfy is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the Device. Under no circumstances shall Spinfy be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the Device.
What is the Period of Coverage?
One year for the device other than the consumable parts and accessories listed below;
Six months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries, chargers and covers
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
We warrant this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship. During warranty period, We will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Spinfy’s option, without charge to you.
What Will We Not Do?
Spinfy does not offer technical support for any software including Android operating system or other programs which have not been developed by Spinfy. Technical support should be pursued through channels offered by the software’s individual tech support. Spinfy accepts no liability for problems caused by after-market software or hardware modifications or additions. Spinfy is not responsible for giving any technical support concerning the installation or integration of any software or component the customer did not pay Spinfy to install. Spinfy is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure.
Customers are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. Spinfy is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service. This warranty is null and void if the defect or malfunction was due to damage resulting from operation not within manufacturer specifications. It will also be null and void if there are indications of misuse and/or abuse. Spinfy has the option of voiding the warranty if any one other than an Spinfy technician attempts to service the product. Spinfy will not warrant any problems arising from an act of God (lighting, flooding, tornado, etc.), electrical spikes or surges, or problems arising out of hardware, software, or additional devices added to complement any system/component bought at Spinfy. Under no circumstances will Spinfy be responsible for any refund or remuneration exceeding the original purchase price of the product less any shipping fees.
Spinfy will not be held responsible for typographical errors on sales receipts, repair tickets, or on our website. Spinfy makes every effort to make sure all information on our website is correct.

You can request for help from the reseller where the product was purchased for initial help. You will find all necessary information through these channels.
What Must You Do to Keep the Warranty in Effect?
Use the Device with care and do not spill anything on it or expose it to rough handling or sharp objects. Keep the purchasing receipt in a safe place.
Do not open the device to fix any problems. It will immediately void the warranty and can be dangerous.
