Here are solutions for some common problems with our apps.

Your app doesn’t have any sounds.
Please, check that your iPad/iPhone is not on mute. Some applications have sounds on even when the mute switch is on, so that can confuse some users. Usually it helps when you switch the mute switch on and back off to get the sounds working.

I get stuck on the second page on your Moomin app.
You’re probably referring to the tutorial page on The Book About Moomin, Mymble and Little My. Have you noticed that you need to swipe with a finger from the very edge of the screen to turn the page? There are no buttons on the instruction page.

I want to upgrade the English version of your book app to a multi-language version.
Sorry, all the language versions are different applications in our interactive storybooks. Please, check out our app pages to find out in which language you can get our book applications so that you could choose the version that best suits for your needs. There are links to every language version available.

Your app loads upside down and it will not orient itself when you turn the device.
We have kept the orientation fixed because some of the pages on our apps use gyroscope functionality. If the orientation would not be fixed, the application would change its orientation constantly instead of showing the interactive animations.

Your app doesn’t work on my iPod/iPhone 3GS.
Unfortunately we do not support iPhone 3GS or iPod, so we cannot guarantee that our applications would work on those devices. You can use our iOS applications with iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and any iPad. If you have purchased our applications for other devices, you could restart your device and start the application as the first and only application, so that it would have as much memory available as possible.
